I would try places in the Gaslamp Quarter downtown. The crowd downtown seems to be older and more affluent compared to places like PB. There are a lot of single, professionals in their mid 20’s to early 30’s that frequent downtown and since it’s generally more expensive, it tends to draw an older crowd.
LIttle Italy also seems like a cool neighborhood with that type of professional crowd in the age range you are looking for.
